Blow the dust out of the connector

Raymond Chen writes Blow the dust out of the connector about one of the tricks of product support. I've done support for many years in the past, and I couldn't agree more. Sometimes, you just know what the problem is, but you have to walk the customer into the solution rather than just hastily blurting out the problem. Of course sometimes, along the way, you might find you didn't know the solution after all. Not that it ever happened to me, but... :)
