Busy Times

Seems like everybody I know feels the same way. It's been a while since my last blog and I've had some people wondering why. Well, why I haven't I updated Hardbarger.com and why haven't I updated AmebaRocks.com either? No excuses, just getting side tracked with mass amounts of work and mass amounts of life. Jennifer and I (with the help of some damn good friends and family) built a huge fence around the back left portion of our property over the last couple of months. WOW!!! If you have never built field fence, you should do it; it’s a lot like sky diving (well... maybe not, but it is definitely a life experience I'll never forget). Work has been going full throttle too. I’ve been working on a way to simplify and standardize our setups using WiX. At first I was a little intimidated by it, but now I’m pretty comfortable with it. The blogging community has really helped me along. Of course life at DD is never slow, but it has been *really* fast paced lately. You’ll see why soon. ;)

Another big thing going on is that I joined a new band with a couple of guys here from work and we have been pretty busy as well. We are going into the studio in 2 week to build on our repertoire of songs. We've played lots of gigs at various bars and parties. We are actually playing at a company party this weekend and it should be a good time. There's gonna be beer, fire, food, and live music (compliments of yours truly).

Hopefully this post will trigger some productivity events for my web space priorities. I’m hoping to update my site and the band’s site over the next couple of weeks with updated images and news. My blogging will pick up again too since my spring farming priorities are out of the way (kinda, but I’ll elaborate later).
