Tech Jobs Rock

I read this article on a study that was done to experiment whether employees actually perform better when working from home. I must admit that I too get more done when I work from home it seems. This lets me get up when I want and work as late as I want. Many times I wake at 10 and work til 6. The good thing is that I don't have 2 hours in my car. I live an hour from my job and driving simply sucks anymore. Believe it or not, when I work from home I take very few breaks. I don't feel rushed to “get home” and I can sit on the couch with my wife while the kids play or I can go to the kitchen table and do my work. If the girls get too crazy I can simply hide in my office and work too. The only downfall is the fact that I can't have face to face communication, but with MSN messenger, who needs that anyway. :) I type faster than I talk almost. :P

For what it is worth... I'm at work now. :)
